(52) Bulldogs vs. (42) Quiet Storm, Week 8
The better-than-their-record-says Bulldogs shocked the AABL world with a big-time win over last year's Champs, Quiet Storm. Although the Bulldogs had below average offensive performances from the 2007 AABL MVP, Jon Allmond (13 pts, 4 rebs, 2 stls, 2 blks), and big man Curtis Pender (4 pts, 9 rebs, 7 blks), Andrew DelCarmen was more than happy to step up and become the third option that the Bulldogs have been looking for all season long. DelCarmen had his best game of the season by far, hitting up QS for 22 pts with 7 rebs and 8/8 FTs. Down at the half, 18-16, Bulldogs were able to get hot in the second half, outscoring QS 36-24 to come away with a big win. QS was led by Anthony Perez (11 pts, 4 rebs, 3 stls) but the rest of QS was shooting blanks. FD
