Squires

D.O.C.
Game 6 – D.O.C.
56 (0-0, 0-1) @ Squires 78 (0-0, 1-0)
The Squires are an amalgamation of Commonwealth and Bullets. These two veteran squads combined are certainly favored by many to win it all this year. Squires have weapons everywhere on the court – they had 5 players score in double digits. Brandon Snodgrass led the way with a game-high 18 pts, 4 reb, 1 ast and 1 stl. Glen Van Houten didn’t start but still posted a double-double (12 pts, 10 reb, 4 ast). D.O.C.’s Calvin Morris was hot from three point range, making four of his five triples in the 2nd half. He finished with a team-high 17 pts, 3 reb and 1 stl, but he and the rest of his teammates couldn’t overcome a poor first half that left them 13 down by halftime. On a bright note Theo Jamison made a successful return to the AABL after hurting his knee late last season. He was able to contribute 11 pts and 3 reb for D.O.C.
